It has about 300 rounds down range, never a problem. You can have your choice of Hand Guards, MOE in Foliage, Flat dark earth, or M4 Black. It will also have part of a MOE Illumination kit. This things only a couple months old but I ended up building a pinned 14.5 so I really dont need this anymore and REALLY want a new Scope for my other gun. I would give this a 9.5 of 10 because it has been used. Asking $400.00 Shipped. Lowball offers will be laughed, and pointed at.

I also have a bare DPMS flattop upper with a High rise rail. It has a ton of rounds down range but otherwise its in pretty good shape, with a little brass wear right behind the ejection port. Does not have M4 ramps. Keep in mind this things not perfect but not bad ether. I would say 8 of 10
