What computer program is the best to use when making a trust?

The trust must be tailored to the requirements of your state. My Son & I went through guntrustlawyer and made sure it was done right. I consider it worth the money.

Go to guntrustlawyer.com, for $600 he will set up the trust, send it to an associated AL attorney who will fine tune it to met AL legal requirements and answer any questions you may have. The $600 is split equally between the two. In effect the AL lawyer becomes your lawyer for the trust.

Even if you think the $600 is too steep, I recommend you visit the site because there is a lot of NFA and trust info there.

Personally, considering the money that can be invested in NFA items, it's worth the cost to make sure the trust is legally airtight.

I used Quicken Willmaker. If you do a quick search, you will find several threads discussing the pros and cons. Just make sure whatever software you purchase includes a revocable living trust portion. The Quicken program, did then it didn't, depending on the year.

If you would like, use the software and then have an attorney look it over.

I used Willmaker 2009, it had the trust software installed.

That is what I did. Most of the "gun" trusts that you see referred to are RLTs.
