Bushmaster ORC Sight Questions...

Hello Guys, my father-in-law bought a ORC a few days ago. He jumped the gun buying it, and now wants to put a Front Sight Base on his like I have on my Patrolman.

Any tips on where to find the correct sight assembly, and how to remove / install?
