Pics of Sight Pictures/ Sight Setups

    Hey everyone,

Can we start a thread where ya'll post your sight setups from a first person perspective so that we can have a visual aid for dimensions, color combos, and overall setup?

It would be nice to be able to see a full sight picture before buying a set of sights.

Shots like this one from military morons would be great since they give us a shooters perspective of how the whole setup looks.

There are TONS of setups being run out there and I think a thread like this might help others (like Myself) get a better idea of the true sight picture.

    Thanks!

I searched for what seemed like forever to find a decent picture of Warren Tactical 2 dot sights before I bought them.... Never did find a good pic(one that wasn't taken 2 inches from the back of the pistol or focused on the rear sight...).

So here is my contribution. I measured the distance that I usually hold the pistol at and took the picture from that distance. This is a comparison of Glock factory night sights and Warren Tactical 2 Dot sights.

Below: Ameriglo pro rear. Black, serrated, wide notch

Below: Ameriglo pro glo front (new model), green trit lamp with orange square surround.

My effort at getting both "in focus"...

Thanks for taking the time guys! This is great already. It will really help to be able to look down some sight pictures and then make an educated decision on what will work best.

    Keep em comin!

Not a bad idea for a thread at all, thanks for suggesting it. I'll try to get some pics of a few of the setups I have.

If I may suggest, those posting should try to include links to the products they are showing so that those that are interested can easily find them.

a rather poor picture of the Warren Tactical 3-dots on my M&P9 with painted front sight. I'll see if I can't get something better later on:

The inserts aren't as noticeable in real life as they look in the pics btw.

Painted S&W factory front night sight with a Dan Burwell rear night sight (I don't know if Dan's having the rear n/s made anymore).
