FWIW, I shot the pics of my gun above that Steve posted after I ran the gun at our monthly match. It's a bigger dot, but works well enough for me to win my class that match. Thanks to Steve for hooking me up with an optic for a naked rifle

Someone posted recently about this topic.

To the best of my knowledge, there are absolutely no QD mounts for the RMR. As well, it looks as though the standard Trijicon mounts are the only options available, IF you can even find them in stock anywhere.

    FWIW, I can't.

Now things are looking up. What's the story on these?

I think only 1-2 weeks and we should start to see something.

Are they putting out two versions for different cowitness flavours?

I think the first mount will be like what you saw (low for mounting on a shotgun, AK, etc).

I am hoping that they will make a plain riser that the RMR mount will just screw down into. This would eliminate the need for the RMR to have a mount at all.

    I must be missing something.

I can find the RMR in-stock all over the interweb, but I can not find a single mount in-stock. Not one.

I don't get it. I'm considering getting a LT-627DO and the adapter plate, but the adapter plate isn't available anywhere.

I'm considering non QD option, and getting the tall Picatinny mount, but the mount isn't available anywhere.

    WTF, over?

Good question. I am not sure why they released the optic and NO mounting options. I ordered a bunch of them (different combo's) and was told they had some in stock. That was two weeks ago and still have not received anything.
