A good soak in Slip 2000 Carbon Killer and some compressed air, or an ultrasonic cleaner should do the trick.
Glad to hear it. Thank you.

Ran my wife's 14.5" Middy (BC1.5) alongside my SR-15E3. Both shoot exceedingly softly, so now I need to toss my blemished BC1.0 on the SR-15 and see.

It's audibly a touch sharper, but on her ultra-light rifle (6.4# loaded) it made a night and day difference for felt recoil impulse, without the boom of my OPS brake equipped rifles. Absolutely glad I have two more of these buggers to install.

Any word on the 2.0 HALO compatible version?

Also, I have been using my franken-brake battle comp with my AAC Spr/M4 on my ACR 14.5" for several thousand rounds, and its held up great, even with a few thousandths taken from the OD and run hard inside the can, its functioned great. Here are some night videos of it....

    Nice work with the videos!

We have a BC2.0 production-level unit at Gemtech now for official vetting, and we sent Robb Jensen another one for a T&E. Both Capt. Nick and I have BC2.0s on our work M4s.

We're pretty confident folks with HALOs will like them as much as we do, but we want the official word before rolling them out for SHOT.

    Happy New Year!

This is the nicest muzzle device I have seen from anywhere I have numerous flash suppressors and brakes, this one takes the cake

Has anyone done a side by side of the BC and the Triple Tap?

I did videos with both the Triple Tap and the Battle Comp... See which ended up on all my rifles?

I noticed a lot less flash and noise with the Battle Comp. The price difference was huge as well, as I like to a similiar set-up on all my guns so they handle the same. On the SBRs and Very SBRs I would have a lot more stinging on my hands with the triple Taps as well. I have tried the Triple Tap and BC 1.0 and several ARs from 8-16in barrels and on an ACR and Im sticking with the BC.
