Finally got to shoot it today, all the recoil was to the rear and the dot did not move from the target. Flash seemed on par with an A2. The gun is a 11.5 BCM upper, its a good thing I had a filter on my light, it was covered in carbon. I will be getting another when the 1.5 comes out.
One of my personal guns that I use for demos has a 16" BCM middy upper, and it runs as smooth as silk. My department-issued M4 also has a BC on it, of course....that's the one I'm using for the one-handed full-auto video on our website. They both love the BC 1.0! Thanks for all the positive comments and support. We really appreciate it!

And I received my order. Thanks guys, that was great service. I'll stay in touch once I evaluate it, and pass the rifle on to other officers for some shots.

Glad to hear you guys may have deal worked out with BCM. I'll probably pick up one of their 14.5 middies when your 1.5 BC is available---and hopefully they'll have a BFH version out by then as well.
Congrats on the Larue deal! and BCM coming..sounds like I need another black rifle.
Still checking to see if I can run this on my work rifle.
I'm finalizing the 1.5 design and working out some machining details. We should be ready very soon. Sorry I can't be more specific at this point, I just want to make sure it's right. Thank you!

is muzzle flash noticable or distracting with this? The only ar I've shot has a vortex fh on it. I was thinking about getting one of these to replace it but have no experience with anything else. All my shooting is done during the day. Do you even notice muzzle flash when you are the one shooting?
