Thanks a lot, man! I really appreciate the compliment!

No matter which other guns and carbines I bring to the range, or which ones my friends bring, I always find myself grabbing this one to blast away with when doing some training with friends. This is by far my favorite blaster that I have now or have ever owned! It's just a damn good time to shoot it and it takes quite a bit of punishment for my arms and body to get worn out when I'm training with this SBR.

Paul

Pretty sure it's a KAC.

No apology necessary, man

In the pics above I'm using my Knights Armament SR-15 E3 IWS lower. I also occasionally strap it on top of my LWRC lower whenever I plan on also shooting my SR-15 carbine on the same range trip.

Overall it's a fantastic lower and the ambi controls are very nice (although I literally never use the ambi bolt release on the right side of the lower).

Nice SBR MCASgt New River! I was also thinking about making a 9mm SBR for fuzziness

I think you need a front sight to match your LMT BUIS, then your good to go

Purchased in the spring of 2007 I have finally reached a combination I consider to be "complete" for my Colt 6933 Commando. I'm planning on having this become my work rifle come the spring.

Equipped as follows;
  • Colt 6933 Commando
  • EOTech 553
  • LMT Sopmod
  • KAC M4 Ras
  • KAC Micro 200-600 BUIS
  • KAC Single Point Sling Mount
  • Surefire X300
  • BCM Gunfighter Mod 4 Charging Handle
  • The Wilderness Single Point Sling (Not Shown)
  • iShot SERT Case (Not Shown)
  • Magpul Magazines (Mix of PMAG30's, PMAG20's and EMAGs)
Time to move along to a Colt 6520 build now that this one is finally complete.
