I removed the finger grooves (protrusions) from my gen 3 Glocks; I've got a couple of gen 5 and prefer the gen 5.
Have 19 & 23 gen 2 also, but the magazine well has (had) a protrusion (flare) on the front that abrades my pinky given enough rounds.
