Sorry... Yeah. 16" Geissele Super Duty.

I would LOVE to see the actual pressure curve on these two different burns.

Those are good velocities. Are those typical, or is the current lot of H322 giving a boost?

I think it's a different lot of H322. I never blended H322 and we've just kept shooting it. No question I've seen some higher velocities and pressure signs out of the current lot. Once we're done with this jug, we have 20 lbs that I'm going to calibrate our loads with.

I'm sure I just foolishly consolidated all kinds of lots for cabinet space before I really knew how much velocity swings you can see in lot changes.

That's really interesting. Like you before the experiment, I've never shot the CCI 41's. I'll definitely keep an eye out for them now.

They used to run at a premium and goobers thought you HAD to use them for AR15 ammo. So I always let them pay more for them and shot something else. Now everything is expensive, and I was getting anxious about shooting up all my WOLF primers for every load.

Local Sportsmans warehouse got a shipment, so we bought the limit allowed for several days and got a thousand or so.... and some CCI 400s.

    Following up on this test...

I loaded a bunch of the 69 gr RMRs with the 22.9 gr of H322 and the CCI 41s. (the load that boosted 86 FPS). I was getting blown primers Saturday. That extra velocity did not come for Free.

It seems as though the primer impacts the burn rate. I don't have quickload, but I'd guess that there's a 100% burn with this load and that the cci 41 makes the charge burn up earlier.

What are your thoughts on Wolf vs CCI 450 (That's what I ordinarily use)
Why do the loudest do the least?

CCI 450s are the exact same primer as CCI 41s per 2 sources. One of the overlords on Accurateshooter.com was an electrician at the plant where they make the CCI primers... someone else here PM'd me that same info.

The anvil on the 41 are spaced just a tad farther but otherwise the same. The milspec calls for a farther distance. But I would guess that they just make them both to milspec and change the label.
