Compared to a Rugged Obsidian 9mm and a Rebel DFNDR 9mm, yes.
It's the quietest of the bunch I have experience with and it has a good sound. The Obsidian handles gas better on my guns but the CGS isn't that bad. During rapid fire strings it gasses up some but it's not overwhelming. I did not have the same frequency of gas in the face with the Rugged can.
The other really nice feature of the Kraken is the lack of weight. It handles the best on a handgun out of my 3 9mm suppressors. I like mine very much.
Got the call last week, approved right at 10 months.
Where it's going to live most of the time.
