    Would anyone who's qualified care to analyze my bloodwork?

    A 12-hour fast was observed prior to blood being drawn.

    Age, gender, height and weight would be needed to see if these are acceptable ranges.

    Looks good. Your HDL/LDL ratio is excellent. Vitamin D is in the low end of normal. You should supplement, especially if you live in a northern state.

    I've been supplementing with 1000 IU of vitamin D a day, but I guess I'll bump it up. These test results were after 31 days straight of consuming nothing but Soylent
