    BB: 592.3 fps, 3.1"

    Impact velocity: 2,150 fps
    Penetration: 14" of gelatin plus 6" of water
    Neck: 0.5"
    TSC: 3" x 5"
    Retained weight: 101.6 gr
    Max expansion: 0.782"
    Min expansion: 0.491"
    One petal was found at 10.6"

    Impressive. Didn't know the neck would be so short.

    I've been stocking up the Barnes loading of this.

    Howdy,

    Pretty impressive!!

    I haven't tried any of the 110gr Barnes bullets, probably won't either, but that was impressive all things considered. The Slo-mo vid of the gel block truly show that this load would be a one shot stopper for CQB.

    I've been loading Speer 125gr TNT and I've had good results with them.

    That seems like some crazy velocity change from one round to the next.

    2150 to 2277.

    Have you shot any more over the chrono to check consistency?

    No, I haven't. It could be a chronograph error. I don't think I left the ammo in the sun.
