I bought a Krieger 20" 223 Wylde, MUR, and a Geissele Mk4.
I'll update this when I've got rounds through it.

I love my giessele high speed national match triggers might think about one of them for your build. I have gotten to where i prefer a fixed stock for my precision AR's but have several collapsable ones also. You will be very happy with the Kreiger barrel I have one on a AR 308 chambered in 6.5 creedmoor very very accurate i shot a 1 1/4" 4 shot group at 385 yards the other day with that barrel.
I know you stated you want to stick with .223.......

It still fits a regular lower.

Something to consider for precision is single loading with no damage to the bullet especially at mid range targets as feeding from a magazine.
I use a Bob Sled.

No matter what setup you have you need to watch the wind very carefully.
I experienced everyone's advice first hand yesterday. I took a BCM BFH 16in barrel and Black Hills 75gr re-manufactured out to 600. Targets were E-type steel, and winds were variable. Out to 500, it was consistent hits with a 4 mil holdover, but reaching out to 600 with those winds seemed like a massive gap.
Yah, things start to happen at around 501 yards
