Found wallet of US Navy serviceman trying to return

I found the wallet of a US Navy serviceman with Virginia license, credit card, military ID and a little cash. Found today in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area.

My Google fu sucks and I don't do face book. Any ideas on obtaining a phone number.

You should definately NOT post his personal info! PM a mod and get guidance, but really, don't do post his info openly. Yes, I do know that the intention is good.
