Adding ambi selector swith to Spikes lower

I have a KAC SR15 lower that is full Ambi and I love it.

I also have a Spikes ST15 lower that is not ambi, I am in the process of SBR'ing it and I want to make it as nice as possible. I have never added an ambi selector. I am curious easy this is. Any ideas?

is it possible to fit a new KAC ambi-selector it into the Spikes lower?

Battle Arms Development makes some really nice ones. Check them out, the search button can be very helpful with things like this. Installing them is pretty easy.

I'm only echoing the previous poster on both counts. I don't have any experience with the KAC safety so I can't say either way with regard to it. I do have an ambi safety from BAD and it's top notch. Installation is straight forward and pretty simple. If you opt for the short throw model from BAD (the BAD ASS ST) then you'll have to grind/file the little nub off for it to fit in your existing lower, but that's easy to do as well.

The only thing you need to look out for is adding to a billet lower. I tried to add an ambi (Troy) to a lower and it will not fit. Used a DAG Ambi and it fit like a glove. Yours should fit fine.
