Not sure I see the utility in the new SCAR rail/handguard. It is the same length and adds no QD cups.

that round hole just forward and below the SCAR sling loop is a QD attach point. and, as pointed out above, it's longer than the SCAR handguard.

Unless those slanted vents do something I don't know, I think they need to ditch them. Looks good otherwise.

Completely agree. Looks as if this system would hold in far more heat then the old system. If LMT goes back to the holes they will have a winner.

Does anyone know if the revised p-mags will fit the fs2000? And are there anymore pics of the rifle stock? And Thanks for the amazing pics from shot 2012.

Very nice! I think I am going to wait a while and see reports of the Pmags revision and if it works as prescribed. My Pmags have all been 100% so far but I will like to see what others have to say.

Ya I think waiting for reports from others is a good idea. I love the Pmags I have but they dont all fit in my recivers without sanding.

Three questions:

1. Is the PMAG on the right in the first pic a 40-rounder? If not, why does it appear so much longer than the standard PMAG?

2. Is the Scout Light Mount polymer or steel/aluminum?

3. Was there any mention of doing the A2 fixed stock in an A1 length?

I'm guessing the thin slanted vents are made that way for the use of mounting accessories to the angled portions of the hand-guard.
