    Dragonskin FAILS

    What a surprise...The following decision from the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals shows that the now apparently defunct Pinnacle Armor LIED about the previously much lauded Dragonskin protective capabilities: http://docs.law.gwu.edu/asbca/decisi...2009/55831.pdf
