    Missouri says NO to FBI

    Pretty nice refusal letter to try and obtain CCW info

    Don't have time to watch the video now, but any time I hear the ATF being told "No," it makes me happy.
    It's f*****g great, putting holes in people, all the time, and it just puts 'em down mate, they drop like sacks of s**t when they go down with this.

    It's discouraging how untrustworthy the FBI is. My belief is that Hussein really got that agency effed up with is scumbag appointments.

    You could fire every last person in the top five levels of FBI management and still not regain control of the agency.

    I mean I know why, but what is the legal reason???
    The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

    CJIS (Criminal justice information services) has an advisory board that has assigned the FBI to audit compliance. I guess the CJIS is shared criminal Information. Seems like a stretch work around.
