belt and mag question

i was looking at the ares ranger belt and i was planning on hooking a few mags to it.

what is the best way to do this? buy some molle pouches?

i have been seeing what seems to look like a plastic sheath that attaches nice and tight to the belt, in which you slide a mag into. Can anyone suggest a nice one? it looks something like this http://www.google.com/imgres?q=m4+ky...73&tx=56&ty=38
