Does your store have those sights in stock? I would like a pair of the front and rear sights put on my XD-45.

No we don't have Warren M&P sight in stock yet (Scott W didn't have them available yet). If you come to the Fredericksburg USPSA match tomorrow I'm pretty sure Scott Warren will be there and may have some for sale. I just bought a set of Warren sights for my wifes M&P on Sunday last week at Blackwater.
