- Carbine safety
-Stance

-Sight alignment
-Trigger control
-Malfunction drills
-Reloads
-Shooting on the move
- Strong side & weak side shooting
-Different shooting positions
-Use of cover
-Transitions
-Timed fire drills and evaluations based on class skill level
-Low/no light shooting
There will be a strong emphasis on accurate shooting in this course. Do not expect to just throw rounds down range and call it training. Regardless of your situation, every round fired is a liability and under the stressfull situation requiring lethal force, you will not rise to the occasion, you will revert to the lowest common denominator of your training.
The shooter will leave this course with a firm grasp on their strengths and weaknesses as well as drills to help themselves improve.
