Ak vs. Ar saying?

Ok, this is somewhat vague...

I'm not mening to get into the ak vs. ar discussion.

Somewhere on the 'net i stumbled upon someone saying something quite clever regarding the reliability and accuracy on the ak and the ar system.

It was somewhat like that the ak is more accurate then it usually is described as, and that the ar is usually more reliable then it is credited for. Pretty lame description but hopefully someone understand what i mean...

I think it goes along the lines of: "The AK is not as innacurate as some people think it is and the AR is not as unreliable as some others claim."
