Since when is Seekins, PSA and Magpul junk?? Its funny this is the ONLY AR forum that claims the stuff I bought is "junk". But once the PSA upper receiver is replaced with the Seekins billet the PSA will get a 300 blackout barrel, and new BCG.

Please leave the melodramatic stuff at home. You might have considered telling us that certain choices were made based on the fact that they were given to you.

FYI- I don't own a Colt and my AR's have all been built from scratch with components I selected. Selection was based upon overall quality and reputation with the goal of it being reliable. Thus far, I have been pretty successful with that recipe.

It will be getting a matching Seekins billet upper receiver, and the KNS I got for free from a buddy that ordered 2 by mistake. As far as the barrel, the SS is the better choice for accuracy and the optic I got for free as well, but when I do get better it will be magnified considering the will be shooting more then 100yrds.


But Im very sorry for posting this since the more I read this site seems to be all about Colt and prebuilt ARs where I tried to think outside the box and build something from scratch that would do exactly what I want for the budget I had.

Incorrect barrel length ( should be a 14.5 pinned but it's a 16 bfh bcm middy )


Need a rear buis and a correct scope ( elcan ) plus a light and grip.
