Lookin at changin my buffer system, was thinkin of goin with a spikes ST-T2 buffer with a sprinco red spring. Any advice on my decision? Runnin a 14.5 carbine gas system shooting 62-77 grain.

I'd go with a mil spec H2 buffer and a Sprinco blue action spring.
Chances are, you want an H2 buffer, or there about, but it would be useful to know what your gas port diameter is before making changes

As mentioned, I would want to know WHO makes the barrel first. A correct MILSPEC port will push and H2. I would recommend the Vltor A5.

Because the Spikes T2 buffer doesn't stop bolt bounce very well

Another vote for the A5 system.
