That's a Daniel Defense OmegaX rail 12" and the lower is a Daniel Defense....That is a Magpul sticker received years ago from them.
I bought a DDM4v3 5 years ago and when I built the v5 upper, I wanted to keep it the same model year and style (the rail has since been discontinued by DD)
