Need help with a new build, muzzle brake or flash suppressor?

Finished my new mid-lenght build, cycles great but it's LOUD!, outside range, checked my target, came back forgot my ears, boom, my left ear is still ringing, any recommendations on a muzzle brake or flash suppressor without going to a can, i just need something that if i'm shooting and have no ear protection, i don`t blow my ears out, thanks for any help...

Muzzle brakes are known for being annoyingly loud, flash hiders not so much. I'd change to a flash hider and fill those storage spaces on your stock with foam earplugs, just in case.

I don't suggest shooting ANY firearm (suppressed or not) without earpro. Thread reported.

Flash hiders are loud. Muzzle brakes are even louder. Wear earpro.
