Comes out of the box shootable, but not anywhere near where my standards are. The trigger pull is super mushy and and I swear is about 20lbs. A lot of the parts that moved were sticky so I spent about 3 hours sanding down a lot of the internals to get it to where it needs to be. I just need to run to the store and buy a new trigger spring to get the trigger to 4-5lbs.

Well that's too bad to hear. I shot one they had at the bullpup shoot last fall, and liked it OK. I do expect to see better than average brought to demo at a shoot, but it sounds like the production pieces may differ more than I hoped.
That's a shame; I thought it had the best layout and details of the 10/22 bullpup conversions I saw.

Having said that, I was leaning toward the HTA 90/22 conversion. It looked to strike a good balance between the junky kits and the RJ conversion that costs more than double what I have in the base gun. The HTA was a little less refined, for lack of a better word, but at around $100 less, I don't think I'd miss that on what I know will be a play toy for me anyway.
But until the HTA actually enters production and I can buy one, they are hardly more than imaginary to me.

This is one of the few items from red jacket that i actually like. How do you like it? Who did the dipping for you?

My buddy is starting a company "R&D Armory". So far he's hydro dipping, cerakoting and doing some Glock mods. He's been updating his facebook & website a bit more to show what he's been working on.

Added my old Leupold CQ/T to my Tavor. I previously used this scope on my MSAR and was always pleased with it in that application.

Tavor TAR-21 with Trijicon RMR in America Defense QD mount

Haven't seen many with the 18" Tavor, how is the accuracy? I read somewhere it wasn't as good as the 16".
