Insight Technology's MRDS just won the Crane SOPMOD mini red dot contract. the Army contract is still up for grabs.
MRDS piggy back on top of the Thermal scope, CNVD-T, the two tabs build into the MRDS mount are used to activate the buttons on the CNVD-T hidden by the MRDS mount.

Perhaps I play too many video games, but am I the only one who things those look like the trident goggles of Sam Fisher/Splinter Cell/Third Echelon fame? Just need EM capabilities and you're all set, only for the meager sum of 60k! WOO HOO! Now we just need the rhino suit.
