I like them both really. I have just as many guns done in Fords hardchrome as I do CCR's CeraPlate 2. Thing is, Fords work will take you 7months where CCR maybe 7 days. Cheaper too.
The hard chrome is slightly tougher finish though.

No Factory HK threaded barrels as of yet. I bought this from HKParts, It's made by RCM. Excellent quality with threading options of standard and metric.
