Custom job by my local pistolsmith. Color wasn't exactly what I wanted, but was close enough. I was actually aiming for the same color as my FDE M&P, but no matter how many combos he tried, couldn't quite get it.

What kind of finish is that? Duracoat?

It looks very evenly applied, almost factory. I wont comment about the actual color but it still looks professional.

Pretty sure it's Duracoat. And what's not to like about the beautiful poop color!

An HK P9S in .45 as allways been on my want list........maybe I'll stumble across one. I found a 9 at Gander Mtn........if it had been a .45 it'd been on layaway!
