First, I have never seen a "perfectly good" air force airplane. Man, I always hated night jumps.

Damn, you're thread really got derailed haha. Not in either of those areas but I really need to look into doing some stuff like this in my area this summer.

Its all good. If you have never gotten into 3gun its a blast. So is USPSA but in my case pistol is my weak link so I and a others gravitate to 3gun. IDPA is the training wheels version. Its still fun but low round count and stupid rules.
With whats going on nationaly who knows whats going on. What used to be the VERSES chanel now called NBCSports cancelled the show "3Gun Nation" which can still be seen on you tube.

Wow that sucks. I'm hoping something more important like the fiscal cliff catches the media and the masses get off on that - though that may require more thinking on everyone's part so it's probably not likely. I just want it to all blow over. My schedule since I got into shooting has only become more miserable until recently but hopefully will be a little better this year. If so, I'm dying to really start shooting as opposed to just reading about it here. I can see your reasoning for the 3 gun, my pistol is definitely my weakest but I'll more than likely just hop into everything I can.
