I know that's what you said, it's not what he said. You said he was "correct" and I thought it bore clarification for those that might not fully understand the difference between inch/metric.

my understanding is that the
inch (L1A1 selector) and inch (L1A1) "extended" magazine release will work on the metric guns -- perhaps with a little "fitting"
