I guess the 1A doesn't permit freedom of speech any longer.

If you feel it necessary to get information at a faster rate, I suggest you go apply to become a NFA Examiner in West Virginia. Until then, I will write what I deem appropraite. If I offend you in any way with asterisks, I'll be sure to run an idea past you before writing anything that includes them.

    End rant.
First, you make a post regarding your NFA transfer times with absolutely zero information.

Then you whore useless threads all over the internet gun world about your new suppressor purchase (which was already closed in this forum because it was useless)

And now you're trying to justify your nonsense by arguing with people.

If you want to let everyone know you bought a suppressor, thats fine. But this thread is about information regarding NFA transfer times. Posting ******* for every single date is absolutely useless and just adds more bullshit to sift through in this thread.

When you get some information, specifically a pending date, then feel free to post it. Until then, please refrain from the bullshit.

    Whatever you say, nutcase.

After the PM you sent me, the threats, and your constant blabbering about the 1st amendment (which just as it protects you, also gives me the right to say whatever I want. And that this is a privately owned message board and free speech doesn't apply here anyway) you've convinced me to leave you alone.

My Form 3 was finally approved. November 1st - December 26th.

Interesting observation: the "Form Number" they stamp at the top of my Form 1 begins with "FL". I am located in Florida. Also, the examiner is Lamberger which is assigned to Florida.

None of my previous forms by other examiners not assigned to Florida had any sort of State code in their form numbers (Snook's started with an "I") and I do not consider that a coincidence.

I was going to start another SBR build but that 6 month wait makes me sad.

Well look whose panties got bunched up in a wad. Excuse me for trying to gain some sort of clarification about your useless post.

This thread is meant to provide people with a baseline of NFA request processing time. Not to stroke your ego. If you put useless information then you will be called out. If you don't like to get quoted, then follow the convention established by those before you and quit whining if you get called out otherwise.

Did it occur to you that using '**.**.****' makes it look like something filtered out the dates that you put in? Of course not, you're too busy taking personal offense to someone who dares to question your post.

You need to take a chill pill and go get a life. JM2CW.

Back in August, I sent off all the paperwork and tax money for an SBR (Form 1) and a Suppressor (Form 4) at the same time in the same packet. Everything is being done through the same dealer etc. Both my checks got cashed on the same date by BATF.

Does that mean that there is a good chance that I will get everything back approved together as well assuming nothing is wrong?
I don't live close to my dealer and depending on the gap in time (if any) between the two if I would rather just wait and make one trip to pick up my stuff rather than two.
