I just called them and the lady told me that I am eligible to purchase from them. Looks like I'll be picking up some more Federal 5.56.

I might have to pay them a visit sooner or later to stock up on ammo for a carbine course I plan on taking in Sept. I just hope they have plenty in stock when I need it.
