If I had to guess, I’d say no. The TLR-1 is a bit wider than the x300….I own both.
Just popped my TLR-1 on my G45, it will *technically* work in my 6354DO, locks into retention, but it’s a tight fit. I wouldn’t like it honestly.
ETA: x300 is an U-B
