Most criminal damage charges will turn into a felony after a certain monetary threshold. I'm almost certain all states have it that way, but I'm not positive. In Az it's 1000 dollars. Keying a car could easily get you over that amount.

He's lucky the owner (if it was a man with any balls) didn't catch him doing it. "Not Guilty" if I was on the Battery/Felonious Assault case jury.

That is also why the last political bumper sticker I had on my vehicle was "Bush/Cheney 2000". Nothing happened as a result, but ever since I have refrained from putting those types of stickers on my ride. People are even more retarded these days and chances are you won't catch them doing it.....it'll save you on the discomfort of Assault charges but then your insurance will love you dearly the next renewal cycle.

I have seen so much shithead stuff when I lived in Florida, that this was done over a bumper sticker is absolutely childish.

One of the worst I ever saw, somebody had a really nice white BMW convertible, white interior and some ****head tossed a cherry slurpie into it on a hot summer day. Imagine working hard enough (assumption) to own something like that and some jackhole pulls that stunt.

One reason I put NOTHING on my vehicles, no NRA stickers, no political stuff, no military stuff...not even a US flag...which is sad. Of course I see absolute shit boxes with pali flags, trans flags and all other forms of divisive expression.

Well I do have one Rakkasan sticker on my truck, and a 193rd InfBde one also. Then there is the "U.S. Army Airborne" front license plate. However, none of it is political or even NRA/Glock/S&W/Colt/whatever stickers.

I tried to think of a bumper sticker that would make me vandalize a car.

Communist Party of America - Ya know, I might wait for the owner, but I wouldn't F with the car.

Trans Rights - They already have enough problems without me messing with their car.

About the only one I can think of that would motivate me to do anything would be if somebody had one that said "Pedophiles are people too" or some such shit. And even then I think I'd just take a picture and make it available to local law enforcement.

I just honestly and truly don't give a F about what other people believe or think politically. If I felt the need to mess with their property every time I saw that nonsense, I wouldn't have time for anything else. Now put those beliefs into action and that's another matter.
