    Sig lowers

What is the familial relationship between the sig lowers? I have a SIG SPEER LT with a 16 inch barrel. I saw Garand Thumbs video on the PDW/SBR version, the Rattler. Would the lower from the SPEER LT be able to take a rattler upper? I get lost on the generations of the Sig piston guns. MCX, LT, blah, blah.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.

All of the Spear LT uppers, lowers and parts are interchangeable. The only differences between commercial Rattler LT and Spear LT are the color of the anodizing, shorter stock, barrel, handguard, grip and non-forward assist insert. Again, all of those specific parts are available separately and interchange.

In fact all MCX series lowers are compatible with all uppers.

The only thing to track is that there are compatibility issues between pre-lt uppers and hammers that aren't MCX specific. But there are a couple of easy workarounds for that which are documented elsewhere.
