So I've grabbed a 6920-EPR almost a couple years back to get a feel for whole LPVO thing. My problem was learning to use the 1x like a red dot. I really was far more comfortable with a single lens RDS and Eotechs were always my go to. At close ranges I've always had some problems with ACOGs and aimpoints, but it's getting better.

And since one of my suppliers FINALLY got some 6933-EPRs in stock I snagged one and decided to see if I could get used to something smaller and went with a Romeo 5. It's a little hard to trust the Motac feature but I can see the attraction and in any case it's optional if I decide I hate it. Other than that, I really have no complaints.

For those who just can't quickly acquire small red dot setups I will say having something like a SF 640 Scout makes all the difference. You see everything inside and outside the scope.

As with the 6920-EPR the Centurion rail is worth the upgrade. The 6933 is so light it's amazing. Gonna run it as is (will add a sling) to keep it that way. I really did think when I bought my 6920 and 6520 back in 2004 they would be the last Colt's I'd ever need. Then a few years later I grabbed a 6933 thinking THIS will be the last Colt I'll ever need. Then I bought a 6945 and thought FOR SURE this will be the last Colt I'll ever need.

So for the time being, the EPRs should be the last Colts I'll need for awhile.
