Hamas negotiated a treaty with another Islamic Country, and those two parties agreed to a cease fire?
Israel had nothing to do with those negotiations and is now on their way to begin to sit down and discuss a ceasefire.
Irregardless of any negotiations, Israel is going to control the border crossing at Rafah and they are there now and taking control.
