Newsome wants to sue gun manufacturers for existing

Good stuff from Commiefornia, as usual. This turnip has unwittingly opened the floodgates. I am definitely suing craftsman for that shard of wood that hit my brother as we were building a workbench. Damn them for making an assault hammer that so cruelly and casually inflicted this mass casualty on my family.

Maybe someone should tell this fool that gun makers are already liable for a "defect" in their product, just like any other manufacturer of anything out there. Newsome is so pompous and arrogant, I would guess he doesn't even consider that anyone with half a brain would see this as more than useless in any ACTUAL court. "Actual" being the operative word here of course. I guess there's the loophole, some judge living outside of reality like Newsome and his supporters.
"Why "zombies"? Because calling it 'training to stop a rioting, starving, panicking, desperate mob after a complete governmental financial collapse apocalypse' is just too wordy." or in light of current events: training to stop a rioting, looting, molotov cocktail throwing, skinny jeans wearing, uneducated bunch of lemmings duped by, or working directly for, a marxist organization attempting to tear down America while hiding behind a race-based name

Our country. Especially the private sector and crippled by litigation or the threat there of. It’s out of control.

Maybe someone should have let him know that it's already perfectly legal to sue gun manufacturers if they are found to have a negligence in either the product or the marketing. Ask Remington about how they know this. Again, this assumes that Newsome is actually of the belief that this could fly, not that he's a giant a**clown who is simply doing it to show his lefty buddies and constituents that he's uber woke and "doing something" about "gun violence," which, sadly is the much more plausible explanation for something this plainly stupid.

I want to sue HIS parents.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

That is a great point, clearly the product they produced is defective and causing a lot of harm to others.

This would all end if gun manufactures would stop supporting California LE.

Stop selling the state as a whole guns. Any guns. Stop selling any of their agencies ammunition.

This stupidity ends in 6 months.

They won't tho, but it would be nice if all companies were like Barrett

When CA outlawed .50s Ronnie Barrett stopped sales of his guns to CA LE agencies. I think it was back in 2014.

On Wednesday an AR manufacturer in NJ, who's co-owner I've met countless times and even text back and forth with, blocked me from their IG cause I called them out for selling SBRs to a local police department. SBRs are a no go for citizens in NJ. They didn't like me shining a light on their hypocrisy, so they blocked me. I wish all gun company owners were like Ronnie Barrett.

This. However they’d need to reach the point of lawsuits outweighing those sweet govt contracts. I’m not hopeful. The big name gun companies are not our friends.

California just took a giant steaming dump on Truck Drivers.
Yeah, the guys who deliver the food to the people who put it on the shelves.
Truck Drivers are en mass saying due to the costs and legal hassles of working in California they just won't deliver anymore California loads.
Obviously someone will move all that stuff for them, but it won't be timely and it's not going to be cheap.
