Cabelas bought some LE trade-in Colt AR15A3's from the Pasco WA PD. The lowers are LE restricted roll marked and are in generally good shape, most having carry handles.

These are 6721's with 1/9 twist and HBAR

You can find them on either Guns International or the Cabelas Post Falls Idaho gun library.

EETA: In case any of you are thinking of picking one of these up. I transferred mine today and cleaned it up to my standards.

- It needed a new carbine gas tube, used my last Colt OEM that I had in stock.
- The gas rings were marginal so I just replaced them.

It came with a hard case, magpul sling and OEM colt magazine, oh and it cleaned up real nice as evidenced below.

Yep, the guy I dealt with stated the Pasco officers were going to buy their rifles at a steep discount, but before the new rifles arrived, your Ban went into effect. They petitioned the WA AG to let the buy proceed but he refused.

Frankly, I hope they ban more rifles on the Left Coast so we can keep these flowing!

This is an exceptionally accurate carbine- I’ve had one for 25 years now. Currently I have it setup for varmint hunting and have no trouble popping a groundhog at 150 yards. Molon has a lot of data on this gun and speaks highly of its accuracy.

I need one of those for “the memories”!!! I used to carry one as a duty weapon before I switched to a Noveske and few different configuration.
