Forgive me for my ignorance, but Magpul makes lowers? Also, what sights are those? DD?

No, they do not make lowers, but at one time they did a small run. This was many years ago, and they were all sold as complete weapons built up via Noveske. Due to the length of time (roughly a decade), and the small numbers released, they are high dollar items.

The sights are both LMT.
