I have an opportunity to get a CMMG MK3 SBR for about $1200 but wanted to check in one more time

In its price range, there is no .308 AR that even comes close.

Next time there is a deal on the def10 I'd like to get a second one and sell all my 5.56 stuff.

I'd keep a 5.56 variant personally, just for ammo prices. That's why I have mine. The big boy cost a shatload to feed on a regular basis.

I haven't been shooting my ar's much lately, just a few hundred rounds a year the last couple years. Been shooting pistol, PCC, and shotguns much more.

Looking to settle on the Armalite. Just have to convince my self to pull the trigger on it over a PTR-91 with paddle release

Yea, the ptr's are cool and eat steel case, I've had a couple. I don't miss the heavy front end, the heavy trigger, long LOP, or the stiff fire selector.
