    After having a light strike on a self defense round at the range I started replacing the Ti firing pins with either EGW or Ed Brown steel pins on all my SA's. FWIW the difference in the "pencil test" results are remarkable when switching from a Ti pin to a steel one.

    Do you replace the firing pin spring as well?

    At the first recoil spring change interval the firing pin spring gets replaced with a Wolff. When swapping it on a new gun I just leave the factory spring in...
