T2C--the 147 gr is subjectively a bit softer shooting.

wow look at that 9mm 147 hst2 and hst4...no reason to bother with the +p with that bullet.

May I ask which pistols were used for the tests especially for the 9mm.

It depends. Typical test guns in 9mm are around 4" in barrel length. If you are using a barrel under 3", or a long slide gun the +p is beneficial. I have noticed that some longer slide guns cycle better with +p. With standard rifling from a Sig P228 4" barrel I average around 965fps for standard 147gr HST, and 995fps for the +p version. So I prefer the +p version.
9 mm = Glock 19
.40 = M&P40
.45 = M&P45
