Red light/NIR therapy has many benefits, and more studies are demonstrating it. One can get the benefits without the negatives of damage caused by ultra violate light from the sun using Red light/NIR panels BTW, but sitting in shade 15-30 mins per day (supplying Red light/NIR light) while avoiding ultra violate wave lengths, works too, perhaps even better.
