It's made in China and on RMA's website.
Friend asked my opinion on it, but I've never even heard of it.
I like the QR buckles, but I question that it'll hold up if used regularly.
He wants it for HD, but I recommend Grey Ghost Gear for that given the price/performance IME.
Would love to hear opinions on the Tailwind if anyone has experience.
