The Banking system of Cuba has reportedly collapsed.
Cubans are reporting via Social Media all their money is gone from their accounts, and all Automated Teller Machines (ATM's) have been emptied.
This news is being heavily suppressed but it is getting out slowly.
At banks all over the country, angry mobs descended upon banks where Police tried to turn them away. Instead, the mobs overturned Police Cars and sent the cops running.
It was all for naught. Not only were the banks closed, they were empty too. People who got in found open vaults - they weren't even broken into -- and no cash in them at all.
The Cuban people have been left with no financial resources, they have no means of buying food …they are desperate and they are afraid.
Many people are saying "This is the final destination, this is where globalism wants to lead you to the apocalypse."

Honestly, I'm more surprised to learn that Cuba even had a banking system, with accounts for individuals, than to learn of its sudden collapse.

Just because we "normalized" our relationship with Cuba doesn't mean they stopped being communists.

That house of cards was ready to fold, Obama just gave them a few more years on life support. When it's almost over, the powers that be simply jack your funds and leave you to fend for yourself. But lets talk about what a miracle socialized medicine is and how superior their education system is compared to ours.

Everyone thought European tourism would keep them alive forever, problem is Europe got tanked and is now just trying to prop up their house of cards and keep their socialism working. All the Cubans who fought for communism, they earned this.

Don't forget half a century of picking up their cost of national defense. If somebody paid for our national defense needs we could give everyone free healthcare and early retirement too. It took Reagan to bring down their wall.
